DILWIEN BRIDAL is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@dilwienbridal.com.

Account data: your name, email address and password hash, handled by our authentication provider.

Measurement data: the figures you submit through DILWIEN PERFECT FIT, together with your height, posture notes and any measurement history you choose to keep.

Order data: gowns purchased, rented or configured, delivery addresses, appointment requests and correspondence.

Technical data: essential cookies for your session, bag and consent preference.

To cut and make your gown, to fulfil purchases and rentals, to manage appointments, and to answer your questions. Measurement data is processed on the basis of performing our contract with you — we cannot make a fitted gown without it.

Your measurement profile is stored under your account and protected by row-level security: only you, and the atelier staff working on your order, can read it. We never sell measurement data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Order records are kept for the period required by Dutch and EU accounting law. Measurement profiles are kept while your account is open; you can delete a measurement version, or your whole account, at any time.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. Write to atelier@dilwienbridal.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
