A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We may decline an order where a gown is no longer available or where information provided is plainly incorrect.

Made-to-measure gowns are cut from the measurements you confirm. Please measure carefully, ideally with help, and follow the DILWIEN PERFECT FIT guidance. Once your pattern is cut, design changes may no longer be possible and the gown cannot be resold, so it is excluded from the standard right of withdrawal.

Where a gown does not match the confirmed specification, we will correct or remake it at our cost.

Unworn ready-to-wear gowns may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the gown was faulty.

Rentals are governed by our rental terms, which form part of this agreement. A refundable deposit is held for each rental and released after inspection.

All designs, photographs, text and the DILWIEN PERFECT FIT system are the property of DILWIEN BRIDAL and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.
