Delivery & Returns

Ready to wear: dispatched within 3 working days, delivered across the EU in 2–5 working days.

Made to measure: 8–12 weeks from approval of your measurements. We recommend ordering at least four months before the wedding.

Rentals: delivered four days before your wedding date, with a prepaid return label included.

Every gown travels tracked and insured, boxed flat with acid-free tissue, or on a hanger in a garment bag for longer trains. Delivery within the EU is included in the price shown; other destinations are quoted on request.

Return unworn gowns within 14 days of delivery, with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of inspection. Return shipping is at your cost unless the gown was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Because a made-to-measure gown is cut for one body, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If the gown does not match the confirmed specification, or a construction fault appears, we will correct or remake it at our cost.

Photograph the box and gown and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and either repair or replace the gown as quickly as the wedding date allows.
