Your measurement profile is versioned. Update it any time before we cut, and we compare the new figures against your history. After cutting, small changes are handled at the fitting stage.

Can I use inches instead of centimetres?

Yes. You can switch units at any point and your saved values convert automatically.

How long does a made-to-measure gown take?

Eight to twelve weeks from the moment your measurements are approved. We recommend ordering at least four months before the wedding.

Can I change the design after ordering?

Design changes are possible until your pattern is cut. After that we can still adjust finishing details such as buttons, straps and hem length.

Are alterations included?

One round of post-fitting adjustments is included. Local alterations for late changes are your bride's own tailor, and we provide the technical notes they need.

How long is the rental period?

Normal wear on the day is covered. Significant damage or loss is charged against your deposit, up to the amount shown on the gown's page.

Only reversible adjustments — hem tacking and strap shortening. Permanent cutting is not possible on rentals.

Can I return a made-to-measure gown?

Accepted Answer

Made-to-measure gowns are cut for one body and cannot be returned, except where the gown does not match the confirmed specification. Ready-to-wear gowns may be returned unworn within 14 days.
